typically, chest pain originating from the heart is felt vaguely in the center of the chest. it should feel like its coming from deep inside, and not on the surface near the muscle or ribs. typically.
did you change your pec routine recently? is it tender where the rib join the sternum? painful when you inhale or exhale? any palpitation or irregular heart beats?

Change in routine in a way. Teaching my self to go to compete! Failure. So this past Tuesday was a very intense cheat routine. No pain anywhere really. Breathing is fine.
What got me more worried about it was leavening the gym this morning after cardio. The "spasms" kinda went with heart beat. Hard to Explain sorry.

Ok fake doc wAsnt there today so saw my real one .
EKG was exactly the same from last year in June. And BP was 116/72 and heart rate was 70.
So he said it was probably just the change in intensity of my routine.
