    Might depend on the state. But I will attest to 3 of my employes, all have DUI on their bicycles. But keep in mind, they had the alcohol on them too at the time.

    Lmao, well in the restaurant biz. So lot of the employees are illegal anyways. So they all ride bikes. And they LOVE to drink lol.

    Have a few that have come to work at noon trashed and barely walk. Not even sure how they ride their bikes in that condition.

    well...YOU, sir, are CORRECT. Georgia apparently DOES recognize a bicycle as a vehicle.

    Guess I will avoid riding in that state.

    Here the vehicle has to be powered by a motor of any type.
