    Is it good to take a week off gym

    Been training 6 days a week 3 mo read somewhere its good to take 1 week off then go back hard again.

    I have done it and I felt incredibly strong when I got back in... I personally believe it is good to do a couple times a year especially if you train hard...

    Cool will give a try and lets see how i feel when i get back Im getting lots of sleep over the next week haha

    I've done it several times. I'm sure it helps, you only grow during rest time.
