    Secure Email Account Advice

My source is having trouble with my yahoo email going to his spam in-box, so I created a gmail account, and my source says it's just as bad as yahoo. What do you guys use? Should I be using a secure email account?

    Thanks

I've never used those. I host my own and it's about as secure as it gets.

This. It's free and what a lot of sources use themselves.

The easiest thing to do would be to have your source add your email address (whichever one you want to use - Yahoo! or Gmail) to their address book in their email system. *Most* modern email systems will not mark emails as spam if the sender's email address is in the recipients address book.

For what it's worth, the fact that your email is getting tagged as spam in your sources email system is an unrelated subject to "secure mail".

While using a "secure mail" system has benefits, that, in and of itself, won't keep your emails from ending up in your sources spam folder.

If he would add you to his email address book or go into his spam folder and mark a previous email of yours as "not spam", your emails would start going to his inbox.
