Capsicum is red pepper extract. Same stuff used in pepper spray. Oleoresin capsicum. I didn't know it was served at subway for sandwiches. The places that try to kill you with their hot buffalo wings, and if you survive you get a t shirt and your name on a wall use it as a base before throwing ghost and habanero in it. Hot stuff.

It's the slow time of year, the board is always more active when teenagers gotta get ripped quick for spring break or summer.

It's hard to stay dedicated through the holidays and winter so stick around with those who do!!

Same reason the gyms empty out around this time of year. All the young "beach bod" pseudo lifters hibernate until spring so they can do another cycle and look exactly the same as they did last year, and the year before that, ...until they get married, settle down, have a.few kids, get fat and turn into the typical 'dad'.

Then they get divorced and the rush back to the gym lol. So predictable. It's a lifestyle. They don't get that part of it. Life situations do not dictate our lifting dedication. It's ok with me! 6 months of every year I got the whole gym pretty much to myself. God bless the beach bod crowd!
