When were you in the best shape of your life? (age)
And what (if anything) were you taking / did you recently take at the time?
**Don't think I am assuming you must be taking something to be in great shape, but I figured I'd throw this follow up question in

Unfortunately, I'm not there yet. Hope to make it before I expire, because I'm not settling for where I'm at.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Think it was in my low 30's and I was 245lbs at 6% bf 5ft 10" - I was talking a lot of steroids and hgh. Ever since then its been a downward spiral

2010, Age 47. Right before I had a detached retina and then tore my shoulder. I plan on surpassing that again soon.

I feel fuller than I ever have before now at 36. But I don't feel as agile as I did in my 20s. Hopefully the best to come.

When I was 30 for sure. I was at my heaviest weight to date, but perfectly ripped. I was single; which allowed me the flexibility to eat perfect and work out like a madman. Life was simple and uncomplicated then. My 30's were so good they went by in a flash.

Best athletic shape? I was 18 and doing track.....
Best physical shape..... I'm in it now but I'm not agile and can't scratch my own back hah

Sorry if I stated it unclear. Been 41 since September. This week has been piss poor training and diet. I was in better shape last week. Lol
