The 2014 New Year Resolution Thread..........
We all have goals in life, and this is a great time to get the ball rolling. So i'll go first
For 2014, i'd like to gain my weight back. i'm down 50 pounds, and 2013 was a real shitty year for my health. So i also want to return back to good health.
Make/save some serious dough
these are some pretty obvious resolutions for me.
Have you thought about yours yet?

I would like to put on more muscle,then some more muscle and then add a little muscle on top of that.
I am so tired of being picked on for being the little guy in the gym.

1. quit smoking
2. Gain a good 15# to break 200 mark
3. Save more money and/or buy my first house with my then will be wife
4. Maybe end up in corperate spot at my job (found out recently im consider top 2 chefs in the company)

Smoking, or anything that causes oxygen deprivation such as sleep apnea will increase RBC production. Many smokers have sleep apnea.
Smoking + sleep apnea = Double Whammy.

1. Earn at least 15% more money in 2014 than I did in 2013
2. Spend more time with friends and family than I have been
3. Keep decreasing fat while increasing lean tissue. This year began at 245lbs, 35%+ bf. Ended at 230lbs, 19%. Next year I'll be 240lbs at 12%.
4. Live long enough to make resolutions for 2015
