This holiday season is killing me.
Starts thanksgiving miss a lift here and there
Then the family starts rolling eating every spare moment.
Then xmas and the multiple visits and the shopping that it take to keep up appearance
And now the wife is on vacation eating more time with projects and a never ending to do list.
Just blowing of steam..

for me October 1st until the end of December is shot. Between deer hunting and all the holidays I miss all kinds of time at the gym, eat a ton of shit and get fat

The guilt of missing a workout is horrible and makes me really pissed at the world,that is why my wife makes sure I can get away at least for an hour on the holidays to workout.

I missed a lot of workouts this holiday. Maybe that why I'm irritated.

I actually lost some bodyfat and made gains on my lifts from Thanksgiving until today. I had a couple cheat meals but lucky for me we had Christmas at Mother in laws and she is a horrible cook so I ate very little there. No reason to look back anymore, lets have a great year.
