I was vegan for a long time. I was also very skinny and unhealthy. I thought I was doing myself a favor but I was really making myself deficient in minerals. Man dating back to his earliest self ate meat. MAN WAS NOT MADE TO SURVIVE ON VEGETABLES. I was vegan for 4 years.

I was vegan for a minute. Found a lot of interesting foods to eat. But like Test Rage said, humans were meant to eat meat.
Vegetables really only grow naturaly certain times of the year. So before agriculture technologies, there were not veggies year round.
Our bodies and minds evolved to what they are today by eating meat.

I am a strong advocate for eating the right kind of meat. Be careful eating that shit you find on sale at the supermarket. There are a lot of chemicals in meat, as well as what the factory farms feeed these animals.

Go free range organic chicken and turkey, grass fed beef, wild caught seafood. Or go hunting and raise your own if possible.
But remember to eat your veggies
