I thought this was funny. Going to have to show my dad this tomorrow since him and his buddies use to flip VW bugs when they were little punk teens lol.

Smart cars only weigh about 1,600 pounds and they say that "Someone is tipping over smart cars". If it is just "someone" that someone is strong. 1,600 is a lot of weight for one person. Why call a truck to turn it back, can you just get a couple of guys to turn it back off its side? If its one the roof I can see calling a truck to help.
We had a thunderstorm / wind storm and I saw a smart car rolling many times in a Walmart parking lot. I dont get why people buy them, but to each their own. I would not drive one. Just one car runs a red light and t-bones them then become a organ donor.

Ya, very dangerous. If I hit one in my F250 there is no way anyone would survive in that smart car. I have never looked into them so I don't know if they get some crazy 200mpg or something, but the way people drive these days, that's a death wish in my opinion.

2014 smart car using Premium unleaded. 34 city, 38 hwy mpg
2014 smart fortwo electric drive coupe 102 city 93 hwy mpg No I dont get the lower hwy either???
1983 Honda Civic 4 cylinder manual 46 city, 59 hwy mpg
We've come a long way baby.
I'm sure it's at least 2 people but it's not impossible for 1 person. Remember you are no lifting all 4 wheels off the ground. It's MUCH easier to tip something than lift it. I do this all the time with very heavy objects I could not possibly lift without blowing out my back, Again.
I use to lift the rear tires of small cars off the ground using the bumper. STUPID and I wish I never did it. I'm sure it didnt help my disk degeneration any trying to show off to girls.
I use to load a jet ski into a jacked up Toyota 4x4 by myself then load my quad on top of that to go camping. I would bet they are not lifting more than maybe 600lbs to tip it.Last edited by lovbyts; 04-08-2014 at 02:36 AM.

The difficulty is getting it to flip i sold hundreds of smart cars when I worked at Mercedes. I pushed so hard that I got one to move sideways but that was on tile not pavement. The mileage is not that good on them since they got rid of the diesel.

Life in prison without the possibility of parole. I think that would be fair.

Cmon aus, you're from Texas.
I say death penalty. Get rid of some of the sorry ass criminals. Life in prison would cost us too much money
