    I want to strangle a coworker

    A coworker of mine (same pay level) got temporary promotion to be my boss. He isn't qualified to do the job, but it was thought that the added responsibilities would benefit him.
    It's gone to his head. He has become such a kiss ass to the plant manager that other managers actually make fun of him to his face in front of the plant manager....things like telling him their is shit on his nose, did anyone believe he would agree with the GM? etc.

    He doesn't ask for data... he demands answers....

    I want to walk over to his desk and beat him till he is in a vegetative state with a wooden ruler.

    Anyone have a coworker like this?

    Well, I don't know the situation exactly, but I can tell you that the managers making fun of him will not be successful. They're just bodies. Hope it gets better though, Tryky!
