I consider myself a good person with a fairly straight moral compass but deep inside I am pretty twisted. If I told a professional what I really thought I would have someone called on me. As a combat vet it is hard to receive help by desk jockeys who do not understand what you are going through. Even the ones with prior service didn't see much action in my case.
