I think what people dont realize is that eating healthy is not an over night change. You have taken years to build up bad habits its going to take time to break. I am down probably 55lbs of pure fat but its taken me almost 2.5 years to get here and I am still fine tuning my diet.
I remember the days of 2 bagels with butter and bacon for breakfast. A hero for lunch followed up by some chinese and then some sort of desert....lol

Key thing about diet is lean whole foods
Even if the nutrition is similar, it's not the same. i.e. Oatmeal Vs a Bagel - carbs & cals are very similar, but no way in how hell the same

What drives me nuts is when I see morbidly obese adults walking with their on-their-way-to-becoming-obese-as-well children. Ignorance is definitly the easiest things to pass down...
