What do you guys think of this breakfast recipe I came up with?
Hey guys, this is something I came up with for breakfast. It's pretty healthy and tasty I think:
1 cup fat free greek yogurt + 1 tbsp low calorie fruit spread + 1 cup blueberries + 3 tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds (a.k.a hemp hearts)+1/3 scoop natural protein powder.
Mix it all together in a bowl.
That's about 50g protein, 25g carbohydrate and 13g fat (417 calories).

What's up with the egg-whites, fellas? You don't like nutrition?? The white is garbage when compared to the yolk.
And cook your eggs, noon! It's not as nutritious when consumed raw.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

I prefer to have
3 whole eggs and 3 whites cooked and chased with a shake of 20g whey and 1 cup oats.
Actually I have this meal 2 times daily at the moment.
That one sounds like it could become pricey and right now I'm feeding a family of 3 on 200 a week with the bulk share of that cost going to me.

Same here. I have a credit card specifically for groceries (rewards) and I was pretty amazed by last month's bill. Big problem for me is that I buy organic.
I'm gonna take a break from that and buy cheaper. Hopefully these added hormones in the meat will make me grow bigger.

So, I've never been one too worried about flavor.
I brought out the "bassomatic 5000" blender, and mixed the following
9/8 cups grated carrots
16 ounces egg whites
12.5 ounces chicken breast
1/2 cup raw oats
1/4 cup veggie/fruit juice - so it wouldn't be so chunky.
Here are the macros:
which is funny since it tasted like dung, and after watching Hoggage's vomit gif, I was chuckling pretty loudly there for a while.....
