    My gym would give you a good laugh. Got some fantastic characters most likely due to the fact that it is connected to a hotel/AA meeting/rec gym for those who are less fortunate in town. Definitely a melting pot.

    I have not really noticed the whole dress thing. I'm still in to much shock/awe how I'm sweating after 5 minutes and guys who have been there for 30+ are yawning and sitting on a bench texting instead of working out.

    I've been working out at home for the last 4 years now. These story's of the gym make me want to go get a 3 day pass and go just to people watch.

    I've never worked out naked. I have worked out in my underwear.

    Also, this is a small thing but since I have a home gym I get to work out barefoot which for some reason I love. The only time I put on shoes is to squat. For some reason people think this is odd. It feels better to me.
