She's only been training since we've been together so just over 2 years. Serious in the weights about a year. She's done two cycles of var both on this prep. But she was in gymnastics all through high school so she has very broad shoulders and her back is her strong point.

I am it's so nice to find someone who is as dedicated to the gym and that life style as you are. And she's ridiculously strong on top of it all.

I loled at the beep boop crap hahaha! I didn't have to do anything actually she slowly just started to hit the weights with me and fell inlove with it. When she said she wanted to compete the first thing she said was she didn't wanna be one of those skinny bikini bitches!

she is doing figure but wants to make her way into physique. I think she'll do very well. At 5'3 135 lbs she can bench her body weight for 8 do sets of unassisted pull ups for 15 and deads 315. She's a monster.

Yes sir LA is about the best hippie gym out there if you gotta go to a corporate one. We go there and golds the golds is just a drive is all.

She should kill it today's her last carb day for a couple days till coach carbs her up depending how she's looking.

She did pretty good for her first show. And not to mention it was the biggest show in our state. Over 250 competitors. There were a lot of solid figure competitors too! But she did well I'm proud of her!

I actually decided to hold off on mine. Wasn't where I needed to be and wasnt gonna step on stage just to do it. I wanna know Im at 100% and that I couldn't give anymore! So I'm actually staying on diet all that fun stuff till July and doing a show in our area! If I had another 2 to 3 weeks I woulda been ready my body was just fighting the process. But staying positive and gonna keep killing it and kill this show. Kinda nice cause I get a little more food now for a few weeks!
