^^that. There's no "agenda." People just want to be themselves. What reasonable damage can a transgendered community inflict? If people expressing who they are is a threat to a certain way of life or a certain ideology, then those are feeble ways of life and ideologies that should be challenged.

Australia is exceptional among Western democracies in not having a bill of rights in its constitution, nor a national statutory charter of rights. Theres a section of the constitution that makes it lawful to make "special laws" for any selected race of people. These laws are to bring change about slowly as to give people time to accept new directions in society.
