    Very nice Bio! Must've been on fiya for that arm w/o... How do you like using the short BB for skull crushers? I used to use the Oly bar sometimes and it blew my tris up...

    It works good I like keeping my hands on the inside grip of the bb. About the width of 8 inches apart or so. Just kills the inner tri

    Exactly you would be surprised how much changing the angles of our lifts how much it changes things up. Sometimes the little things are the spark we need to bust through sticking points

    It was nice getting back after it today. I'm still not 100 % but getting there slowly. Got a great pump and by next week it's going to be back to full hit training
