Oh right thanks mate, I prolapse my disc (lower) and had to stop dead lifting so I started to do other things and that's when I started to concentrate on my thickness, my lower back exploded when I stopped deads lol can you believe that lol.I was advised to stop training my a guy I know I wont say who told me to build the back muscles up more to protect the spine and I will be fine, so that's what I did, when I showed him what muscle I put on he was amazed saying that I wasn't cycling a lot. Its not a good picture because my tattoo artist took it and told me to hunch over to get all the tatt into the picture so I wasn't lat spreading just hunched over but its not bad saying it was it was around i'd say 3-4 yrs ago

its well prominent that lower back got good growth going on... not saying upper is lagging behind since its not flexed and out of angle photo, but still the mass already there and shape holds strong even as you were in it.
I must steal some routines from you for back thickness...

If you go back in the dungeon you will see many of my back routines what just concentrate on either width or thickness, I must admit I love doing the thickness because the width just looks after itself once you get that thick they have no other option to go wider lol

I have an issue with my lower chest development. I have nice size traps and forearms. Due to hard labor masonry Laboring etc. clamping bricks humping (pushing) wheelbarrows filled with mortar. nut what's needs work most is aside from what I like doing most. I love the effort and intensity invovled in a punishing leg session. Next day can't even step up on to a curb without hurting. Love super sets, drop sets etc till I puke literally..
Beyond legs, I love a brutal back session equally.
BEYOND FAILURE !! Actually to failure I should say. Going beyond can only last for so long

My fav part to train? It gotta be back in combo with biceps and forearms. When Im most rested I used to love adding in some serious tric pounding on top, like icing on the cake, as I usually just attacked back and forearms with bis had no choice but get heavily involved so all of it gets massive pumped abuse... but when adding tris on top of it all... that is a glory for me... that feeling you get after the training session when trying to reach behind your fucking neck or scratch your back in the shower hahaha damit
