I run 45 min pretty consistently. Marsoc on cycle the first thing you will notice two to four weeks in is your arma will be so pumped and full of blood you will literally feel like a god. You can walk into a gym limp and 10 min later you are a balloon animal. You will see the intensity go way up. I work my biceps and literally go hard enough I think I may pass out. It may seem dumb but I have gone to my knees many times after rows. I cant wait to see how much you love this.

Seriously. I dont have any issues with you. I dont know you. We have never interagated in any threads. Pretty much.
And i have no picture of you, if you are ifbb, 19 year old fitness baby or run a gym or where u come from. You tend to stay away from my threads.
But it heated up when i called you dickless. Nothing personall but some of the guys think its better to rob a bank.
Not all of them are hypocrits. Couple of them i do respect so..
Ok. Im a bit old fashion. I think women should stay home and take care of the children. Like they used to.

I never count the seconds between sets. Just how ever long it takes to grab another set of dumbbells or add on more plate.

Girly. I did that years ago. I realized quickly that marcus dungeon is not max anabolic so i started my own HIT based on the Rich Piana princippials. My guys are growing like fxxx. Obspowerstroke is a good example.
I dont think that interview will be objective with marcus and his leading questions

That's what I do . .no,rest between sets Note: that one set equals maybe doing a triple drop with a super set at the end (my super sets are something that works the same muscle group such as dumbbell bench and flys. Not the super set people do with opposing muscles like bench then rows.). So I'm kicking the shit out of my muscle ...so 30seconds sometimes isn't enough so I make it 45seconds or 1 minute. To allow a fraction of recovery .not sure what you guys kept talking about (make my workouts or rest shorter) when I'm doing 3x the amount of what I see other people log on here, in the same amount of time I.e 1hour or a little longer for legs and back (1.35 hours) since they are a large muscle group
