Hey Bull thanks for sharing - I know you can contribute a lot to this thread with your knowledge and experiences over the yrs - I too, along with everyone else struggles just as much if not more than you! You've been in the game a lot longer than I have so you just gotta listen to your body - until Kel explained how he would take 1-2 wks off and then come back refreshed I tried and was a damn myrical! I exploded...
Music really helps me while in the way to the gym however once I walk through those doors I may talk to the regs yet once I start no one and I mean no one comes near me... I need a wireless headset/phones tho to keep me pumped or release that adrenaline I have! Give it's try and keep adding things and ?'s in this thread!!

Sorry all I've been layed out for about 2 days and today has been the worst - threat, headaches(migraines) nauseating, and achy all over but I'm just resting as my eyes won't stay open at all lol
Was on a good split but 6-8 wk of hard core sgit will make me grow I know that!
Kickass all and tear it the F up!

-- incline hammer strength press
Pyramided 2plates aside 20+reps/3plates 15reps/4plates 10-12reps/4-1/4 @ 5
Then dropped 3-1/4 @ 8reps/3 @ 4-6reps/2plates 8-10/1plate doing 1&1/2s till failure all reps were taken to halves then 1/4s throughout
-- hammer strength flat with inward squeeze
Pyramided 2plates/3plates/3&1/4 dropped 3plates/2plates/and 1&1/2s again
-- hammer strength decline press
Pyramided 3plates/4plates/4&1/4plates dropped 4plates/3plates/2plates
-- cables low to high hitting upper inner
2w drop high reps
-- push downs v-bar & EZ bar
2w drop - 2w drop
-- rev push downs
2w higher reps 12ish
-- one arm rope ext's high reps focusing on lateral head
2w 20ish reps or failure first with forced reps since it was a unilateral exercise

Tried those lateral raises from the side. It was nuts! Thanks big man.

Morning all!
Man I had a great training session yesterday and today feel like hammered shit! This head cold went from my head throat now deep in my chest... I made a doc appt but not till next wk... I took a cipro to see if it'll help as I keep hearing about pneumonia going around - any thoughts?
And to think I was really strong on my lifts yesterday thought I wiped some of it out sweating with layers on?!
Not gonna make it in today but will do what I can at home - am pretty pissed tho I'll say that -

Yesterday after the gym the gf and I went to a renaissance fair up north from us and we got pretty trashed on Mead wine haha had our huge mugs lmao they thought I was in the show although I only had a tank on lol - kidding but they did make me an act of a show lol was fun stuff!

Good morning Nach they have a show like that around here also but I have never went.We also have this thing called grass roots where these throw backs dressed from the 60s show up.Women who don't shave their arm pits or legs tie dye shirts head bands always got 1 or 2 over doses had a kid die a couple yrs ago.I always thought it would be a good place for a drone strike.

Hey fellas just updating you all that I did actually have a sinus infection - first dr I saw said no - saw one today b/c it's gotten worse and is also in my chest and I am so tired I feel like major crap with very low energy - not like me... headaches turning migraine etc...
Hopefully once these antibiotics kick in I'll be gtg and can re-start my lil blast from my leftovers... been down for a wk(ish) but still been getting in roughly 3x wk not nearly enough since not combining proper muscle groups nor have the energy for it ATM!

Decent first day back
Pops is not doing well just got diagnosed w/possible Parkinson's and early onset dementia been extremely hard these past wk and a half in and out of hospital many times tests after tests so I'll be trying to get my butt back in here on a regular tho feels like real friends in here not trying to stab each other in the back
