You can buy the ephedrine in bronkaid at any pharmacy. You need to sign something and you are limited to so much per month, but it is more than enough. At first, I had to cycle on a couple of days and off a couple because I started losing weight too fast. I like it better than clen.

It’s “over the counter “ but you need to ask the pharmacist because it is stored in the controlled area where prescriptions are.
In other words, it is behind the counter so you need to ask for it but no prescription is required.
They control its distribution because ephedrine is used in some narcotic.

The "standard" dose is 25mg ephedrine (1 bronkaid) 200mg caffeine and 1 aspirin. You can take it several times a day, but be careful about taking it too late, or you won't sleep

I wouldn’t go over 100 mg per day. I usually am 50-75mg per day.

Obs told me not to go over 100mgs also, although I have before, I don't anymore. I usually take it twice a day, once in morning and once after lunch

I just take aspirin once

I do not because the studies I have read say that the aspirin only has an effect on obese people.
Obviously, it is good for thinning your blood if you want that.

There are tags you get off the shelf and bring it up to the pharmacist it works great
