Overhead dumbell presses are what did me in. Regret ever starting them. Well, at least you had some good times getting those injuries, to look at it in a positive light.

Well I survived yet another surgery.

This time it feels a lot different/better. Not nearly as much pain and doesn't just flop to one side like the tendon is broken. lol Honestly I think when they moved me from the operating table or to my bed when I was still asleep last time something must have happened.

Im at 6 weeks post op and so far so good. Doctor says it's about 50% healed so no lifting yet or inward pulling towards the body from 90 deg. Curl type motion feels fine.

Wish me luck. I really dont want to do it again.

You've been through enough. Think you're due a good, solid healing on this one!!

Have a speedy recovery! If you don’t mind sharing, what did they do to alter/fix your previous shoulder replacement?

More than a few members here will end up with this surgery one day, it’s inevitable unfortunately.

    Good luck!

Dude, you should legally change your name to Steve Austin. I think you're legitimately the 6 million dollar man now.

Yeah I am pretty sure it has cost the insurance close to that over the years. Prior to 2010 I paid nothing out of pocket except what I paid for medical insurance through work (Union negotiated) and thanks to Obama care now my insurance premiums have gone up 4x as much as they were and Im spending about $10,000 our of pocket each year. I wish I could say my pay has increased that much each year.

Yeah, healthcare costs have become extreme thanks to that dickwad. Hopefully, for you, you'll have a better run these next few years and won't need anymore treatment.

Sooner or later they all come back. Especially if you're running gear.

    Hi everyone!
    Who are you calling OLD?
Every time someone calls me old at work I just say I'm younger than they are if we average average our age including our wives. lol

    Yup, some things never change.

I don't think I ever gave up porn ... maybe not made any movies for a while. A lot less muscle bulk nowadays as no gear or TRT now for ages ... but still got a sixpack at 66yo!
