Ahh i like that thinking. Thats very possible. Ill be sure to keep track of how i feel going forward on low carbs.


To anyone that doesnt know what hes talking about. I had blood work on keto ages ago and had very high top end of range shbg. Then when retested on low carbs weeks ago it was still high.

Any blood tests ive had on a higher carb diet ive shown to have good shbg levels. Bizzarre but it seems to be consistent
