    Finally!

    I kicked pre-workout!! Ive been hooked for a long time, I cant even remember how long.............years for sure. It was bad, everyday, a lot of times it was twice a day.....I really looked forward to it. I would keep 2 different brands in my work truck and about 4-5 in my house, I had my morning favorite, day time then real pre-work out. Driving down to Florida last week I must have taken it 4 times, it wasn't even working anymore but I still needed it. Eventually I wasn't sleeping very much, my body breaking down so now since I came back to NY for a couple months I decided it was time to clean up. I feel much better and finally sleep good, I was waking up in the middle of the night having anxiety issues, sucked bad.

    Have any of you had any experience like this? How much do you guys use if any at all?

    I ditched all.of.the stimulant type preworkouts other than a couple tablespoons of instant coffee in with my shake or occasionally a little.suspension. True Nutrition's cafe mocha flavor mixes really well with the instant coffee flavor.
    Like you, I got immune to the stuff and basically all it did was run up my blood pressure and screw up my much needed sleep.

    Yeah working on ditching the stims. I work first thing in the morning so it is hard to get myself there without any assistance. I just take 100mg caffeine to get my ass up. I would prefer to take nothing though. That is still better than the outlift amped I used to take. That shit was tooooo much

    Congrats BG !. I never used them so had the luxury of never needing to quit. The only pre workout that ever tickled me was the original Jack3d but by the time I wanted to buy it had already been banned and taken off the shelves.

    Same here, my bp was bad and sleep was real bad, I'm starting to feel so much better, I can't even imagine how bad of an affect it was really having on me.

    That's definitely better for sure, I do a green tea with 2 bags first thing now and its starting to work, but 2:30 or so the craving starts to come. Ive been doing a little bit of something with sugar to get me through but that's a slippery slope also.

    I've used them off and on, but never regularly, I mostly drink Gatorade for prework. I've been drinking bangs lately, sipping while I workout. Its pretty much
    just creatine, bcaa's and caffeine.

    I use to use the Jack3d when it was real twice a day for months on in. Before that was no xPlode - now, I'm over preworkouts. But, I abuse other stims(caffeine caps & ephedra) & a shit ton of coffee/expresso

    I have done things with bronkaid that just ain't right.
    I absolutely love the feeling. I have had some serious issues a couple times.

    Its like stress makes me reach for it. I say no more, then the next day shit is piling up and the next thing I know I am popping 150mg at once and two more each concurrent hour.

    I get so wound up on the shit sometimes half the day my pecker looks like a 2nd belly button with a nutsack sewn to it.

    I get a lotta shit done fast and can destroy a workout but its not worth the consequences.

    Lmfao. Same here, I would have to pee and it would barely come out.....sometimes sideways. Dehydrated beyond belief, going like a manic. Sometimes I would take so much during the day that I would be shot for the gym.....but I surely would take more and try to train As far as the stress, everyday when I really have to get moving and my brain working I think about some.

    That was my biggest issue.....anxiety. I would wake up in the middle of the night, heart racing and my mind in a bad spot. I wouldn't wake all the way so it would take me several minutes to realize how negative my thoughts were. Now Sunday will be 2 weeks and I sleep so good, I'm feeling better everyday.

    I did that the other day. I was up for a long time and had cops at my house and just a bad bad day so I ate 200mg and 4 red bulls, then did quads. I got a video of me squatting 405 that I would normally bust out ten reps with. On rep three my legs were shaking so bad I almost fell over.

    I put that shit up and tried to sleep in the car. Ha ya fuckin right.

    PWO is a huge market and the shit is expensive.

    Yesterday's preworkout -

    50mg Var + 25mg viagra + 5mg of Cialis + morning 4 shot macchiato + 81mg aspirin + 3/4 scoop preworkout

    = 3.5 hour workout
