he'll be starting his own log at some point soon.
right now there is nothing to log though. As he's just now going through my new client questionnaire (which is serval pages long). Then after that it will take me several days to go through his information and details and start developing programing, diet, and supplementation protocols. then he will get about a 30 page pdf breaking down the entire program I've developed to get started on.
its at this point that it would make sense for him to begin logging what he is doing.

I don't have any cookie cutter programming to throw his way to just get started on. its all custom from day one. so it takes me several days or more to put everything together once I get as much information and details from him as I can ( questions like how he ate as a kid may seem odd.. but even how he ate as a kid is something I take into consideration in building a diet as not only those eating habits carry over, but often times they determine how insulin sensitive we've become as adults and how we store body fat, or how many fat cells we ultimately have).
example - if he ate like a fat kid as a kid, and was a fat kid.. this is totally different genetics then someone who ate junk and ate like a fat kid as a kid, but was skinny as a rail

Well shit. I wish I’d put my name in the hat now. This would have been good info to have at the first post. I demand you start over with me in the running. Just kidding but I should have put my name in. Didn’t realize the level of detail you were doing. That’s amazing

No worries folks. I will be starting the log when I begin program. Will provide progress reports and pics along the way.

The questionnaire was quite extensive! I was wondering about those childhood questions. I forgot to mention my high school years were sustained on raw cookie dough and ice cream, surfing everyday had me skinny as rail though.

Excited and nervous to begin. I have not had any formal training like this before. Having a coach such as GH (vast amount of training knowledge) I know that it really is on me to work hard to meet my goals.

When I begin to log I will provide a link here in this thread. Until then I will keep up to date here in this thread.

    Many thanks to all

No I don’t think you read that correctly.

I think he said he charges about $100/month. Pretty sure he is doing this for free and the challenge

Been lifting 3 years now, I’m 45 yo.
Lifted for 3-4 years in my 20s
And about 3 years consistently in my mid 30s.
Even with that many years lifting I have never been big just decent shape. No previous cycles but began trt early this year. That has helped recovery heaps.

Picture. What are you starting with? So you will be running your first cycle? If so talk to gear and get it ordered. Exciting times.

I actually did not realize this myself until just recently going over the client questionnaire and his blood work. I had assumed being on this forum he had some experience with AAS. but he is just a legitimate TRT patient. so this will make it interesting

you all may get to see what a 'first cycle' looks like in Gearheaded's world. and no its prob not 400mg of test like you see being referenced to often (even by me on this forum)

yeah this is definitely a good bonus. As there are a few challenges in this situation.
    - the goal is to get leaner (he wants shredded abs) AND put on muscle at the same time and fill out the physique some and get that good V-taper (putting on muscle and getting lean at the same time is always a challenge)
    - we have a nagging injury to work around

So. we can't just throw 500mg of test at it, a bunch of Dbol and 1000g of carbs per day and lift some heavy ass weight and blow up . which works well for a lot of new users just wanting to get big.

this is going to have to be a very well planned and executed program. we also have blood work under a doctors care and certain health parameters that we need to keep in line.
every "I' will need to be dotted and "T" crossed to get optimal and healthy results in only 12 weeks.

I should have his diet program completed tonight as well as a good start on the training program. he can get started with that ASAP, and as far as the gear goes, thats its own timing depending on various factors (as you all know).
The DIET is going to be HUGE in this type of situation trying to put on muscle while getting leaner over all.

    Yes! Yes! Yes!

    Currently I’m 196 lbs
    Height 6’
    Here’s a current pic below
When I start log I will post up old pics from 3 years ago when I was 160lbs. and starting back lifting. I have pics at each 10 lb increments gained. It’s interesting to see the progress. I actually went out with some friend that I had not seen in a little over a year and they were like “Dude your neck got bigger!” Lol.
Really appreciate the detailed work GH has been putting in thus far (already clearly evident this program is not some cookie cutter program ) and look forward to sharing this here. Also thank you for folks interest and words of encouragement.

    Thank you
