Got done and couldnt do a tri ext with 25lb.

Incline press x5
Tricep press x3
Cable tri ext x3
Db OH tri ext x3
Shoulda hit peck deck but chest felt done
Leg ext x5

Calves and biceps.
Standing and seat x5
Preacher curl x5
Been a while my elbow has been hurt, today was the first time doing preachers on ez bar in a while. I felt fibers popping. It was nice.
Reverse grip straigt bar curl x5
Cable curl one hand from floor x3
Seat up bench and rested elbow on top cable curl from above x5
Used rope for hammer curl one hand holding both ropes in one hand x3
Did a tri ext routine basically with rope.
One hand dropset x2 then two hand dropset x2
6 sets total
This routine is a keeper on tris.
No rest, light weight, perfect isolation, and effective.
No change over bullshit, just drop pin and go from one hand to two.
I will start with this routine next tri session.

That would be a cool tattoo right on the ass cheeck with the middle line indexing the spot to insert pin.
I use my shoulder tats to reference tge spot to pin.
Right side is right in center of leaf, left side is also in center of tribal leaf blade
