I just had a great idea!! I know how I can win for sure. I will barely eat between now and Jan 1 and get down to 120 then gain back those 30 lbs In 12 weeks!

Sounds like me. I bought a pack of Coffee and Nut M&Ms to give a try during my second bulk. They sat unopened on my desk until last month, when I noticed a bulge of some sort sitting under my stack of bloods. When I picked it up, it felt like a solid candy bar in the package instead of loose candy pieces.
Apparently after three years, even at constant room temperature, they all just merge together. It went into the trash unopened.

So who are the judges? What are the poses?
I’m trying to keep 220, but on just 150 test it is hard....: and clen and T4 . No it’s not a cutting cycle. It’s a pre recomp cycle.

I guess I’m in the most improved category because I have never bulked before I stay at about 12% year round besides how the hell do you judge a bulk contest? What are the parameters?...I’m thinking it should just be a bb contest as in who looks the best wouldn’t that be easier?...idk you all tell me...

Bulk... you have to gain weight to add muscle. But you don’t want to be fat. You want to see the new growth. Adding size without too much bf? Hell GB I don’t know. I just don’t want to cut. Lol

Simplest would just be most improved. Each of us can, or not, 'call' our plan up front, but in the end we all are progressing toward one goal. More muscle than before, right?
