    Once Cape stops worrying about his limp wrist, I am sure he will outline what we should include as a minimum. Throw up pics as you please. They do not count as the competition.

    Have dropped to 205 this am. Try to drop to 200 by start of the comp. then slingshot my bulk.
    Looking skinny and small. But the bulk is coming.

    I don’t bother with any form of extensions. All of my tricep work is in my compounds. Between flat bench, DB incline bench, and OHP, my volume on them is already fairly stupid. The fact that I have obnoxiously long gorilla arms has been great for deads, but has most of my presses sucking hard, relatively speaking.

    Then you gotta go harder. Stop the volume work.. pick 2 compounds for them hit 6 x 6 for them. Then pick 2 more exercise and rep the fukk outta them

    To Germans point- try adding isolation exercises to see if it gets you the tricep you are looking for. I think it will.
    I don’t even count benches as tricep exercises. I have a special day for bi’s and tris
