Looked at pictures from last year. I was doing better that time than now. Going to need to pick it up but do not really want to add any gear beyond my 150mg Test cruise I'm on. Guess I'll just trust the process

Had a great chest workout yesterday. I wanted to do a little strength test so I put 315 on the flat bench and got a spot. I was able to do 315 for 7 with no help and then forced 2 more reps. I felt that was pretty good for an old guy that is only 219 pounds. Still working hard on building upper chest, lots of inclines and cables. I think today will be arms and cardio.

So do you guys and gals think I should start taking Cialis again to get more vascular? No one is ripping me on being un-proportional or anything .... you all are to nice. Where are all the youngsters at trying to give me shit. Come on it's Friday wake up. I'm at my Government job waiting to see if I will be working without pay again next week.... 2 years and 7 months and I am retiring again. This time I am done working and time to do somethine else.

Had to change my routine. Idk wth my problem is maybe I’m just getting old but my elbows, shoulders, and knees just can’t handle progressing the heavier weights that fast smh

I have been lurking in the background. I have a change of plans.... I will begin cutting soon. I originally planned on recomp, but it will cut it too close to the comp.
I am working twice as hard because you guys are improving daily. I have had some setbacks but never stopped training.
Hint: watch out for Tarmyg- he’s a sleeper. He was the winner last year. Cape and Duffer are making surprising gains also. I have not seen all the pics of everyone, but consider everyone as a contender. Ghetto is also quiet- be careful with him.
I am trying to lay a little lower for privacy reasons. This is no disrespect to everyone. I will still get my jokes in though.

Down to 178.4, hilarious how small I am once the fat is removed, lol :-) Well, got two veins showing up in my lower stomach area which is a good sign. I am a bit ahead of schedule even though the pictures from last year tell a different story. Maybe I'm just being to self critical?

When any of you guys have came off NPP, do you experience lethargy? I mean once I come to, i can get shit done but, getting up is super hard at the moment. It's been so long since this has happened to me. I do not like it. I took 8mg of ephedrine again to help me stay awake. I'm like, opa, sitting at the couch, next thing you know, my eyes start shutting and I am out. Or is that old age setting in? Please just tell me it's just from coming off NPP.
