    Any tummy tuck experiences

The leaner I get, the worse my stomach looks, just wondering if anyones done it, or know some one. Was it worth it, and so on

Just keep plugging away with diet and exercise brother... that instant gratification can backfire on us sometimes... my loosey goosey skin is slowly but surely retracting. But it does retract and tighten up. Just my plug in for the non cutting on your body option... I’m coming from 43-45% bf, so I had a lot of shell to tighten up since the volume has dropped... it does drop and it does tighten up.

I'm not looking for some to get rid of the fat, just the lose skin

Maybe look into Radio Frequency Skin Tightening. A friend of mine owns a business that does it and a ton of competitors do it prior to getting on stage. Results seem quite impressive on both athletes and people just trying to self-improve.

My buddy dropped 250 pounds (stomach band) and just had his lose skin removed. He's thrilled with it... his insurance covered it for whatever reason..... But it was FAR worse than your situation. But still, he was really happy.

Hmmm, that sounds interesting, I'll definitely look into that. I may give it another year before I consider something drastic

I expect the same issue when I get to my goal BF %
Most research I found said there is nothing you can do about it as an adult. There are other treatments such as the RF thing mentioned, but that only works temporarily and for very small amounts.
I frequently got close to my goal, then got discouraged thinking i would need surgery anyways, might as well throw in a couple extra grand to get lipo too and focus on building muscle
However, I did pose this question to blood sweat and gear (a podcast w bodybuilding coaches), they pretty much said that you can get rid of the loose skin after a year or two of training. They even had a clients who have done it before after losing over 100lbs of fat
I think my research that was saying surgery would be needed, was for normal people and did not account for body builders
Another conclusion I came to that helped in the mean time, is even if I have loose skin, at least I will look way better in a shirt. My GF is the only person who sees me without one, and she doesn't care

You’ve come a long way. Working your ass off... it all takes time is all.. I totally get the instant gratification aspect though...

Explore your options... research the pros and cons... watch videos on the process... make an informed decision... you do what you think is best for you..

Congrats btw on such a successfully kicking ass brother. That’s a hell of transformation you’re authoring!

How do you handle this OP? I keep flip flopping and saying I'll just drop the 12k and get the excess removed and should focus on building muscle until then. Then I get fat and feel bad about myself and cut calories again. In the meantime, I make no progress in either direction
But the surgery is no joke. You're out of the gym for like 6 weeks, can't work for like 2-4 weeks.
FML. Idk if all ho-hos and bonbons were worth it....

I have gotten to experience this 1st(well, 2nd) hand on both wives

A year of recovery to be 100% - full mobility after 3-4 months

Results speak for them selves - amazing what can be corrected with surgery. . .

And yes, to correct your issue going under the knife is pretty much the only way

Kinda why I feel lucky, since the only thing I’ll be needing shorty is a gyno removal surgery

That's not as bad as it looks.

Keep the weight of, keep dieting and it will tighten up.

Palmer's cream works wonders, also avoid super hot baths and showers.

The hot chloromine destroys elasticity of skin.

It took constant dieting not cheating on meals for a long time

This was 12 month difference in pics.

Though the result pic was not perfectly tight but if I kept going instead of trying to bulk, it would be tight as a guy who wasn't overweight.

Just ordered some palmers, bout to start back taking collagen peptides and vitamin b shots. Luckily I'm on a well, not city water, so chlorine ain't a problem.

Guitarzan you look great bro! You’ve done an awesome job man and the skin really isn’t that bad at all but I know where you’re coming from... we all are our own biggest critics.

To be honest, getting in every comp on here is the biggest thing keeping me motivated. A lot of times I slow down on fat loss cause of the lose skin, but then I concentrate on putting muscle on. My biggest problem is diet, usually I eat too much, or not enough

the bottom line is skin is extremely thin, anything that isn't thin like that has fat underneath it. clen or any stimulant in general not only causes fat loss but strong autophagy effects which no doubt would aid in assisting this problem.

judging by your pic the situation isn't bad at all and would very easily be fixed by any of those drugs. i had a very similar situation myself and no matter what I did it would not go away naturally.

I see what you mean. Not sure I fully understand how this "eating" effect would work to make the skin tighter? Why it could, potentially, work in fat I follow but skin?

    eating???

autophagy is a process that is essentially the body recycling itself, fat brain liver muscle all cells included. clen , dnp amphetamines T3 any substance that increases metabolism or even just training increases autophagy significantly. cold exposure tends to work as well but the main issue is that cold stimulation also causes rebound fat gain most of the time whereas heat is the polar (lol) opposite

it isn't mandatory to take those drugs but as someone with lots of experience with all of them there is a huge difference in using them and not in terms of what your body will allow you to do so to speak, dnp being the most effective obviously but the stimulants are huge as well. you will generally feel way better if you engage in any kind of 12-30hish fasting regimen to maximize autophagy with the drugs.

Thank you for the response. I put eating in quotes around the word eating to symbolize a broad use of what you were talking about. I do appreciate you explaning it further as I can see how that came across in a confusing way. I can see this process working in a person where fatloss is not so significant but when it becomes a larger amount I think it will be difficult for this process to rectify the amount of excess skin that will be left over.

Personally I would go for the surgery.
It works and we only get one shot at life.
Imo you worked hard enough dropping the weight plus having to pay for the surgery.

    You would feel great afterward.

There is too much negative crap surrounding cosmetic surgery from people who are jealous as best I can tell.

I assure you If I had loose skin my ass would be getting the surgery. You are also not a slacker. You are driven harder by positive results. Thats a good candidate in itself.

I am gonna buy my gf a tummy tuck and fake tits someday.

Its not for me either. Its for her confidence.
I dgaf if she left me later (not that she would) I would still get the satisfaction of knowing I helped her confidence which was zero until she met me.

A tummy tuck is no different than getting a mole or wart removed in my eyes. I also think its dtrange how insurance can pay for psych meds but not for a surgery that might prevent a depressive state or a general sense of disappointment.
