For you Mason's and concrete workers
My home gym is on the slab in my garage. Whenever the temp changes drastically the floor gets soaked with moisture. Is there any product or epoxy I can apply that will prevent this?

The moisture is condensing out of the atmosphere, so coating the floor wont help. You'll have to control the air in the garage. Think of it like taking a soda out of the fridge and set it on the counter, sodas cold and the air is warm. It will always sweat on the warm side.

A dehumidifier is likely your best/cheapest option. We used to keep two of them running in the basement of a church I went to as a kid for this very reason.

If you epoxy your floor it will help, Im about to do mine but you will still need to condition the room or run a dehumid at the least like Gallowmere said.

I love the epoxy but the above about the dehumidifier is the correct fix. Dont do epoxy until the humidity is under control or you'll have ugly bubbles throughout the floor.
