    Losing energy f******

    Ok...
My favorite thing is literally about to kill me.
I get excited and winded at work.
I am physical as fuck beyond probably any that read this.
    I am an athlete.

If I do my thing thing... Maybe 2-3 mins I start running out of air.

    It sucks bad.

After ten minutes I am soaked in sweat and gasping for air in front of a box fan or outside.

I don't mean normal out of breath...
I mean trying to retain consciousness.

I been short of breath for two years but last time I thought I would die.

Sex makes me super excited as I can be but I deal with bigger shit. Something about pounding it really fucks me up.

I have an oxygen shortage during sex so bad...

    Its not arterial.
Yes my bp is fucked as well as my triglycerides.

    Its not a blockage.
    I am 33.
If it is then there not shit that can be done about it anyway.

    So give me alternative possibilities...
Once again only during sex when I am doing the work.

How's your Hct? I know people say go by your platelet count, but if my Hct gets over 54% or so I just can't get air.

I don't know of it's related to the congestive heart failure or not, but when my Hct is around 48-50%, I feel like I can actually feel my lungs fill with air. When it's elevated, it fells like I'm drawing half breaths.

Just a thought. Maybe stop by a CVS minute clinic if y'all have them out there and let them check your O2 levels?

Also, how bad is the humidity out your way right now? It's been pretty high here in SC. At times it feels like you're trying to breathe with a wet towel over your face; like the world is trying to waterboard you.

Maybe throttle back on the cigs as well? Not judging,I had my own ashtray at 12 years old and didn't quit smoking until I was in my early 30s.

Edit: The lack of air becomes very obvious when tearing one off

    off
Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner!
It’s your fucking smoking, probably your Hct is magnifying it. But no, invincible Obs is too macho to get it tested. LOL. I had to add that!

Your on tren almost year long. Tren reduces your cardio capacity. Just before a comp, I get winded easily because of the tren- and all the other shit I’m taking.
I don’t know about 33 y/o’s but I see my reactions are changing as I get older. Tren never used to raise my BP, but now, I need to watch it closely on tren because it gets up there. Your reaction a year ago may change this year.

I just walked out of the bedroom in my underwear in front of arriving daycare kids and it wasn't the hot daycare mom.
It was a dad and the two annoying kids.
    Go figure

Hot daycare mom touched me the other day!
    It was so nice!

Get checked for polycythemia. I have it. It’s the thickening of the blood. It makes everything harder and you can get really really short on breath. Stop smoking.

Stop smoking please. Worse case scenario, but a cautionary one is IF you EVER have chest pain you go in to ER. As it is, please check your heart rate and blood pressure when you get a bad bout of SOB.

Yeah, Prox’s smart ass, know it all lecture:

The most important chamber of the heart is the left ventricle as it alone pumps blood to the entire body. All of our’s are overworked because it has to work harder 24/7 to supply blood to all of our extra body weight. The more weight, the harder it must work. The left ventricle enlarges in not a good way, which makes it weaker and less effective as a pump. What eventually happens is that even though you are breathing heavy (shortness of breath is a sign of heart disease, but not exclusive to heart disease), it can’t adequately pump the blood (with the oxygen) to your body tissues. And you keep breathing harder to you stop & rest.

You are young, but push everything to it’s max. A candle that burns twice as bright, burns out twice as fast as they say. It’s a remote possibility, but still a possibility you don’t f with.

I’d say to be extra safe and extra conservative now, you see a cardiologist. Maybe a stress ECG on a treadmill.

You probably just need to pop some bronk-aid and up the Tren dude. You’re use to operating on ephedrine and it does make it easier to breath

The commentary on this video is very important.

I still smoke(cigarettes), I started buying again around the end of January when we started to see serious losses - everyone else around me smokes(aside from the wives)

But, I barely take down maybe 2-5 a day & feel like winded dog shit - I dunno what it is, aside from age & well, age

I’m pulling back rn, I can’t afford to huff & puff in this current earthly environment + I’m back to working out & I really notice it + it does give me a huge energy drain

I would think so but not sure.

Edit. I can’t find any private labs that offer it.

Cigarette smoking should be ruled out because it is the most common cause of secondary polycythemia. Carbon monoxide and high altitude exposure are other causes of hypoxia. A decrease in arterial oxygen saturation is diagnostic of hypoxic polycythemia. A partial arterial oxygen pressure of >67 mm Hg or an oxygen saturation of >95% on arterial blood gas results rules out hypoxia as a cause of polycythemia. If these etiologies are ruled out, patients should be worked up for underlying cardiopulmonary diseases, including obstructive sleep apnea. Approximately 5 to 10% of patients with obstructive sleep apnea have polycythemia.

Less common causes of secondary polycythemia include exogenous administration of recombinant EPO for blood doping, exogenous androgen administration and anabolic steroid use

About all you can do on your own is pull a CBC to check hematocrit and hemoglobin to check if they're elevated ( which is to.expected on a run). A Dr. would refer you ( possibly to an oncologist) for them to order genetic testing to determine if you had polycythemia and what type, there are a couple of types, and determine if it is primary or secondary.

Short term, if I were huffing and puffing, I would at least go have a CBC pulled ( easy to do), and see where your Hct and Hgb are. If you're hematocrit is elevated beyond "normal" values, go donate. If donation isn't an option you may need to do like Cape and have a therapeutic draw done.

Edit: The reason I say oncologist is polycythemia rubra is related to a bone marrow condition.
They could refer you for a sleep study. There lots of different factors.

Fuck, Dr Cape. I wish I would have known. I could have saved a lot of Dr visits. You are way ahead of the times though. You have been consulting long distance for years and just now the Dr’s are starting it. LOL

Exactly. Yeah that’s where I got started was with a cancer doc. As long as you don’t have JAK2 you can just donate at Red Cross.

It sounds screwed up when they first tell you that you're being referred to an oncologist, doesn't it?

Basically, the same here. Anticoagulants weren't working and they said they were referring me to the local oncology practice. No mention of why.

One of the few times I was at a loss for words. Couldn't even come up with a smartass reply, which is unusual for me.

Actually, I am looking for some interpretation that I think the guys on here have.
I just had a ULTRASOUND of my thyroid. The speed that I was communicated of the results has me very concerned. They found a 3-4 cm lesión on my thyroid. I was notified within an hour of having the ultrasound accomplished and my Dr highly recommended that I see an endocrinologist. Any thoughts????
I have my own, but I don’t like them. LOL
