Your workout area is detached from your house I believe. I’ll bet it can be chilly at 1:30 am going to workout.

    Been waking up between 6:30-8

    I feel worse

I made myself stay up later recently, the wife has been bitching that I’m going to bed early af @ 8-9 - so, might as well try - but, now I drink a bit more while staying up & smoke 2 much weed

Wake up feeling like I got beat upside my head

Fuck this - I’m putting myself back on my old schedule

Nah, it’s actually in the 60s and 70s here lately, and the morning humidity is absurd. Cold doesn’t bother me. I can always put more clothes on. There’s only but so much that I can take off, even in my back yard, out of sight of anyone who would care. Something something steamed vegetables hitting the floor at the bottom of a squat.

That said, 1:30 is wake up. I still eat about 1.5-2 hours before training. So I’m usually out to the shed by 3-3:30.

Same here. Although I do have a barrel fan for the summer. Think the humidity is around 88% now.

In the winter, a T-shirt and shorts with sweatshirt and sweatpants usually does the trick. The walk to the shop can be an eye opener if it's windy, but once you're out of the wind and get moving, it ain't too bad.

Exactly. The way I figure it, so long as it isn’t so cold that my skin is trying to stick to the bar, I’m fine once I get moving.

When I was in upstate New York, temps would get down to -30 F (only a couple days a year thank God), and I would still work out at 8 am in an uninsulated garage.
Now, There is no way I would do that. I freeze up on the cold nights in the 30’s here in Cali

The mild weather can make it tough to get used to temperature extremes again.
I sweat like a madman during hot temps and usually have steam coming off me in the cooler temps.

Humidity is the game changer and separates the men from the boys imo.

With that said, I prefer A/C & heat in my gyms at this time.

    Fucking hilarious

This is the 1st thread up & im awake at 3(well, almost 4)

I knew plowing the wife mid afternoon & passing out before 6 last night wasn’t gonna work out like this

But, I have been going a much more natural route - I let myself fall asleep when I want, no xAnax at all & no booze

    How in the fuck?!

I'd go crazy, I feel like a zombie with barely anything under 7 hours. At 5-6, I feel pissed and just off all day long.
