I will say this, I struggle to sit cross legged on the floor on most days. If I do an hour of yoga, I can sit like Raging Bull all day long. It does work for me…I can really only do “flow”’though. The other shit is too hard and moves too fast

It's good you're giving yoga a go. The benefits are good now but you'll really be patting yourself on the back when you reach retirement.
There's so many different kinds of yoga teacher. Before I started doing yoga by myself, I used to try every yoga teacher in town before I settled on one. Some of them I hated, there's some shit teachers out there.
