I started taking 5mg cialis daily in the morning/preworkout a few months ago and it dropped my systolic and diastolic about 10 points.

    Goodmorning!

Thought Iīd send an update with questions.
    1) Yes, I did buy the motorcycle and I havenīt died yet, but damn itīs a blast!
    2) I did BW now 9 weeks in, as well as checking BP a little deeper.

    Results:
BP seems to be around 136/70 which is great for me! (Havenīt had a headache in weeks)
    Testosterone is at 3461 ng/dL
    E2 is at 93.2 pg/mL
    CBC Normal
    Blood Sugar normal
    Kidney Normal
    Liver slightly elevated AST
    HDL low

    - Seems I need to increase 1/4 tab of Aromasin daily to 1/2?
    - Each time I cycle red blood cell count is slightly elevated high, this time it balanced out somehow end cycle.

So I was thinking of stepping up the cycle from 12 weeks to 16 weeks before PCT.
I have added Anavar 30mg/ day.
    - Would lowering the dose of Test E from 750 to 500 cause bigger issues for me than staying on? I donīt feel or gain more as
I would have guessed in the beginning (less is more).
So far I have gained 17.6lbs and I seem to be stuck there at the moment. If I increase food intake I immediately feel stronger, but
I also immediately see abs getting hidden.

Any advice would be great to get the most out of the last few weeks.
I have enough money and time to experiment if alternative solutions might work out better.

I figured out what my Low blood pressure was from and sort of feeling stupid now. lol I had gotten some V from my urologist a few months ago when my wife and I were doing some fertility testing and I had to come off HRT. I really didnt end up needing it much so I have a few left over. I had decided to take one but did it at the same time as my blood pressure meds. Big No NO. I sort of did the same thing last week but only took 1/2 and started feeling dizzy and then the light bulb went off.

Back from old doc and my values are all great, with BP as well being on 135/75.
I increased the Aromasin to 1/2 daily and since I have these annoying ampules instead if vials now, I decreased the Test E from 750 weekly to 500 weekly.
Didnīt find anything on decreasing during cycle, seems to not be a common practice lol
Still have the Anavar on 30 daily atm

Stuck at 98.5kg now, I gotta reach that 100 just for my ego - Never passed 100 before.

Intead of starting a new thread for just a few questions, I thought I'd drop it here and see what you smarter/ experienced ones think/ know.
I am coming to an end of my cycle and it gave me some thought.

The 16 week cycle (when finished) gave me an estimated 26 pounds of weight, which is a lot! I "feel" heavier and I've noticed that I need more sleep and the
mornings have more movements needed to get going compared to lower weight (feel older if that makes sense).
However, BW is great, BP is decent, Water retention is obviously there according to weight, but it doesn't show.
Food is still a hassle, but I do eat and I do gain still.
I do not look puffy or the opposite = ripped.
Just look naturally strong with a fat % of (me estimating) 12-13% (Just above lower abs showing clearly).

This got me thinking and wanting to plan the next which would be in March 2022.
My goal is not to be huge with boulder muscles, I just wanna look good enough to turn heads, that's it, and I want the mobility option and stamina to try out new feets (Jujumufu stuff).
    - What should I read/ plan for next cycle?
    - I am very curious to try primo instead of traditional deca . I know they are not the same, but would that be considered a good option with test for my goals?
    - Is my weight (now 100kg) on 185cm too much for my goals?
Sidenote: I have become much more gynoprone compared to past, might be worth taking into consideration.

Without sounding arrogant, but I look good overall and I get enough comments from men and women to confirm that, therefor I would like to try modelling just for fun
after next cycle, just to see what I can accomplish in that regard.

    Much appreciated!

Primo is over rated af - unless you’re gonna hit heavy doses of it

Depends on how health focused you are, test & Anadrol will give some serious gains + some tren

    Def not a healthy option

I went through just about every phase with roids - all about maintenance now

    Hey thanks for this post

I don't know OP (original poster) if you celebrate Thanksgiving in Stockhom, Sweden, but it's a big holiday here

Briefly scanning this post, made me ask my general practioner fam doc to take a proactive approach to prescribing BP medication

For that, among other reasons, I'm thankful

If you have a history of high bp or heart attack and you're a male, and the heart attack happened to a male member of your family, it's probably a good idea to get bp meds my doc just told me over the phone

Honestly, my family doc is a nice guy, but not as aggressive sometimes in being proactive or launching a preliminary strike against these common health foes.

1 of the BP meds he prescribed starts with a "S" and he told me it has a quirky side effect which is making you cough

That's a trade off I'm willing to take because the cough doesn't mean the lungs are hurt or being damaged, it's just a side effect

Thanks again for this post and these comments

Not sure if they have a longterm alternative to that?
I used to take Klonipin 0.5 mgs before donating plasma because if your pulse rate is too high you can't donate. thanks for the info.

I decided to give something a try a few weeks ago and stopped taking my blood pressure meds. Im taking apple cider vinegar gummies, 2x a day and so far my blood pressure has been almost back down to normal. I havent tested it in a few days but need to again. It might be something to consider trying.

    - Iīve had one occurance when I got chest pain in my life (doc found nothing) besides the very occasional (1-2 times every 3rd month) where I get a sudden
BP drop that makes me just lightheaded for a few seconds.
Other than that, always felt fine.

Doc has checked me a few times with ECG, checked my blood/ hormone/ lipid profile/ kidney and liver profile, and ask about history (both parents has high BP).
According to doc, nothing to worry about and I should just keep an eye on it.
All test numbers normal besides the BP itself.
    - Doc says "Your young, should be g2g"

However, checking myself the days vary a lot! Ranging from 137-169 SP and 65-90 DB.
Today after breakfast it was 139/90.
Very rarely are both very high, itīs usually SP being high solo and DB closer to normal.
I have never had both in normal range for as long as I remember.

    - 33y.o , no meds, not smoking, extremely rarely drink, not allergic, low sodium/ sugar instake, lots of healthy food besides the cheat day 2-3 times a month, not stressed (anymore).
Tried remedies as e.g. Niacin and extracts, but that doesnīt do much.
I have however been drinking coffee and energy drinks everyday since I was 15 lol.. but Iīve tried stopping it for a month and it did nothing for BP.

Should I demand check and meds?
Any recommendation what kind of meds? (seems to be a jungle)
Any home remedies that has worked for you?
    Or should I relax?
Mine got pretty out of wack on higher doses of gear especially Tren , I just went with the old one baby aspirin a day and backed of the heavy doses and my BP is now like 112/77 and I feel much better

Not trying to high jack this thread! Glad your BP is better! I see a lot of people said the take Lisinopril. I was taking it but it caused a chronic dry cough, which is a common side effect. if this is happening to anyone taking it, switch to Lasarton no more dry cough.

I think that’s one side effect I didn’t get from something

    This Amlodipine though

I had the same reaction as you to Lisinopril. Its now on my allergic list, the one and only think on the list. lol Im also using the Lasarton now. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The doctor sent me to the ER to do an EKG test and then they scheduled a Treadmill/ultrasound/EKG test. Supposed to be one of the best test you can get. Zero blockage. They said the only problem was getting my heat rate up high enough. lol I dont know why, I sure felt winded.

I was the same way, I felt perfectly fine with higher blood pressure and a mater of fact I feel better, more energy, less lethargic.
