My hands use to look like that most of the time from working on cars and xyz. I started wearing latex gloves a few years ago and typically spend a good 1hr cleaning my engine or whatever before I work on it anymore. I hate working on dirty greasy parts.

I take Diclofenac 1 or 2x a day and Voltaren gel to help with my joints. If I dont I cant hardly move when I wake up after about 1 or 2hr sleep.

I know a lot of people use to swear by DMSO. I still have some and use it once in a while but never noticed anything miraculous.

I dislocated my shoulder a month or two ago from falling during a seizure and I can testify to that shit hurting! i read your post about your shoulder. If I knew them what I know now @ 58 years old, I would have taken much better care of my neck, shoulders, hips, and knees ( hopefully).

I turned 31 very recently and even at this young of an age I get what you mean. This is the same shoulder I hurt in HS doing shoulder presses too heavy and with poor form cuz I was clueless. I’ve never been able to do heavy flat bench or shoulder presses becasue of it. Now I’m like wtf!! I’m destined to have flat shoulders for life! Hahahaha

I assume some of your injuries have interfered with your lifting right? Care to elaborate on the injuries and how you worked around them?
