TOE CRAMPS, and one other thing...
OK when i do anything flexing my toes or simply standing up for like an hour or so I will get these horrid toe cramps. What I have to do is take my shoes and socks off and move my toes around to get the blood back. Anyways how the heck do you get rid of these? I get these alllll the time from simply moving my toes a certain way or doing a pullup my toes flex and they all get cramps and i asked my parents and they just say well son your growing but i want to hear something else for once you guys know?
And the other thing - my friend has an abroller hes gonna start using it im wondering if i should get one - ive heard good things but also that they are bad on your lower back. So should i get one then strengthen my lower back (anyone know how to do that without equipment exept dumbells btw?)
THANK YOU (if you answer)

You can use the ab roller with your toes... that would actually be called a toe roller, very popular... Same principal, just use your toes bro...or?
remember in Die Hard... The guy on the airplane said to Bruce Willis, make fists with your toes...
you may be too young to remember that...

Make sure you are staying hydrated and getting some potassium in you. Ab rollers are uselss IMO.

Yeah, what Rambo said.
Get yourself some Pedialyte, bro.
That ought to do it.
And if that don't work, get yourself a woman
who is great at sex. Maybe she can help curl your toes.

I only really have had toe cramps when giving a ummm toe job...however.....I have had bad cramps in my foot when training legs.....not sure what causes it....but I 'll walk around looking like a **** idiot banking my foot on the floor.....and trying to rub it out....usually works......
perhaps you're not hydrated enough?

oh yeah i forgot to say i also get HAND cramps for some reason...
and i am a hydrated guy i drink all kinds of water... so potassium is what i need for them?

Sounds like it. Or perhaps you're slightly arthritic (if it's more than just a cramp and you can't tell) and didn't know it. Try potassium first.

GF..hand..when one is one cycle, sometimes necessity requires drastic measures! Then hit the PCT..and that gallon-o-goo wants to make its way somewhere else..the toes get to curlin'!
