This is why we are organizing it right now 9 months ahead of time. I still have to look into some pricing right now but I will update everyone asap.

As for the Olympia it is held at the Mandaly Bay Resort and Casino. Not quite sure if that is where we are all going to be staying. All we know is that we all want to stay together, and in somewhere decent.
