Pot as a training supplement
Hey for the past 2 weeks i've been smoking a j right before my workout and boy does THC stimulate awesome mind-muscle connection, intensity. endurance and strength. I don't know about any of you guys but i'm thinking of seriously prioritizing pot as a necessity for training.

I say keep it up! A good BEAVIS ..uhhu uhhuhu..laugh in between sets is always good motivation.

Had a workout partner the would spark up before each session and he was a danger to me and himself, but on the other hand after a workout a j wouldnt hurt especially when the munchies kick in on a bulker. ............Hitman

Weed + Bulking=good idea, . I've never smoked pot, never will. I'm a drug free type of guy...Gear isn't a drug though

THC does not depress test nor rasie estrogen its all government bs and i've been toking like a mother for 2 years with steady muscle gains and no so called bitch tits.

I've tried this previously, it does make you a lot more focussed when training.
But i dont care what anyone says whenever i used to smoke it i used to get itchy nips, so it does raise MY estro level. As for the test thing... funny how you can never get a boner when your stoned??? thats all i'll say.

I smoked before I worked out many years ago and only once or twice but I'd get so sluggish during the middle of my workout and then I really wouldnt want to put out anymore.

weed doesnt really have an effect on me.. i smoke all the time but i dont like get ****ed up or whatever.. just a good feeling.. i could work out or go to school or do whatever while stoned so i dont see a point to smoke before i work out. But hey if it helps you then.. awesome

smokin after my workout works for me if i do before i dont get motivated enuf to finish my routine although sometimes it would help me concentrate on certain muscles more i find it better to use after a workout.. remeber the longer u wait the higher u get.

I just usually only have about 1 joint before a workout, but I make sure I hit the pizzo and bust a few pre-workout rails. After that, its my post-workout beer-bong, my multi-vicadin, and some whip-its for that extra edge on the game.

got high and dropped a bar on myself heh it wasnt too heavy though didnt feel a bit but was laughing for hours heh. BTW it was my 1st time smoking hehe dont smoke now and never will agian
