    well. i hate to break it to you guys but, the other day i was flipping through a muscle mag, and turns out he uses nitro tech and cell tech to get his incredible gains.

    i actually just got back from gnc and spent 400 dollas on both, so i should be looking like him soon, right?

    my boy alex used to live in san diego and trained with lots of the pros back in the early 90's. He said that ronnie was on 3g of test per week, 900mg decca and 1200 mg eq per week, as well as 16 iu's of gh per day and insulin . he also said that he would cycle year round and that ronnie is so huge that he would almost pass out from lifting because all his blood would be in his muscles. WHo is anyone trying to fool by saying that they arent on gear? They have to say that they are clean.
