HIPPA laws permit doctors from telling personal medical history to ANYONE. As a police officer I cannot arrest someone for "being under the influence of controlled substance" unless they are driving a car. So you can be as high as you want as long as I don't find it on you or your driving. Again laws differ from state to state but I think that HIPPA applies to ALL states.

The ONLY time a doc could say anything would be if you were trying to KILL yourself. And then he'd turn you over to the local mental health, not the police.

True, but the police are the ones who determine if the patient needs to be E.P.C'd (Emergency Protective Custody) and we call the mental facility and find placement. Why the police make that decision is crazy to me. Again, that is the way it is in the state I police in.

in the USA possession of deca is the same penalty as cocaine..

WOuld depend on the amount and the type. Crack cocaine penalties are far harsher then powder cocaine(g for g that is).

Deca is a ClassIII drug. Cocain is ClassI. Penalties are different.
