    i told my doc he said i was stupid and told me that he had a patient a couple of weeks ago and now at 25 needs a new heart. but he didnt say shit bc they can get in deep shit for it, but it sucked bc the nurse in there was mad hott lol

    HIPPA laws permit doctors from telling personal medical history to ANYONE. As a police officer I cannot arrest someone for "being under the influence of controlled substance" unless they are driving a car. So you can be as high as you want as long as I don't find it on you or your driving. Again laws differ from state to state but I think that HIPPA applies to ALL states.

    True, but the police are the ones who determine if the patient needs to be E.P.C'd (Emergency Protective Custody) and we call the mental facility and find placement. Why the police make that decision is crazy to me. Again, that is the way it is in the state I police in.

    i got an infection from testaprem in my arm went to the doc told him i shot b12 he said i was a dumb ass gave me a script and i went home NO BIG DEAL
