Personally I would stay away from AAS in a case like yours. An increased blood pressure will put unnecessary strain on your kidney...

IT is a HUGE risk to put additional strain of any kind on your remaining kidney.
Not at all worth it IMO.

a doctor is the only one i would trust to answer this question, no offence fella's. but personally i would not do any aas, and also the diet you would be on would put even more strain on your one kidney.

I totally agree with all this.

im on the same boat you are 5555, but i recently talked to a kidney spacialist and asked him "what if my testosterone increased about 150 percent??" I didn't mention steroid though..He told me that the increased testosterone would affect my kidney much, but that the high protein diet would. Therefore, i am still going to try AAS but at a lower dose, For example sustanon 250 once a week at 1ml/mg for 10 weeks. i'll let you guys know how it goes..

like everyone said talk with a renalogist/MD about the situation. my personal opinion having working in medicine would be to not take AAS. I know it sucks pretty bad hearing that, but the imposed stress from the medicines and increased protein diet could only be harmful to your kidneys --> well, i don't foreshadow anything good happening from this anyway. also certain drugs are more harsh on the renal system than others. like I said, talk with a MD they probably have much more advice to give. either way good luck friend.

bro, you only have one kidney, think about it. why would you take any chances of screwing it up. it would sure suck to be on dialysis fir the rest of your life.
