Sprite, and all pop (soda) is full of sugar/carbs. Lose it.
If you insist on eating sandwiches, you should lose two of the following three components.
1. bread
2. cheese
3. dressing/mayo
I would also double up on the meat, and stick to grilled chicken and turkey or tuna. No ham/salami/pepperoni/ etc...
cold cuts are full of sodium and high in fat.
And this goes without saying - NO CHIPS.

Like as assumed the only cycling you should be doing is on a bicycle.
You want the easy way out, you knew your diet wasn't good, yet your jumping to powerful drugs instead of hard work.
If your workout routine looks anything like your diet no wonder your overweight and not muscular.
Also your bitchy like a pre pubescent girl, You have enough estrogen circulating throughout your body no need to add to it with uneeded aas.

Dude my sister eats like that and shes 5'6 about a buck twenty....
try a diet like this bro and try it for the next 3 years, when you've put on weight naturally come back
Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat
Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat
Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.
Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat
Workout
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat
Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat
Meal 7: Pro/Fat

50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat
Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

*Reminder: This is a PRIMER. It’s not mean to be comprehensive. Everyone is different, to find out what works for your body takes trial and error.

Gizzle why would you get all annoyed with everyone when you asked their opinion? you admitted that your cycle was a bad idea then your saying you are eating chinese food and arbys. im sure youve read enough threads to know you are gonna get ripped a new a-hole. all everyone is saying is you need to eat right to lower your bf. one thing i found about this site is that there is a lot of good info and a lot of knowledge. so use it and dont argue with people that are smarter than you in that regard.

The green tea is probably the most healthy. My fiancee got these little tabs you drop into a water bottle and they fizz and add flavor and also has the ginseng, taurine, etc.. that a Sobe has. I'm not exactly sure who makes them, but they're pretty good.
