    My First Cycle! Help Plse!

    Im very new to this site as all of u can see. But I have done about the last year of research on this stuff before I got on here. So anyways Ive been looking for sumone anabolics for sumtime and have found prices to be a little crazy and the internet I havnt really tursted them at all. So this guy wants to sell me deca 350 and deca 400 is there even such? Anyways I have been looking at different things I was told to do deca and test on my first cycle but I dont want the side effect that come with test they seem a lil more than I wana deal with. And I really dont want to get hairy. I thought about just getting some deca 300 and doing 600 mgs a week for 10-12 weeks. Neone have any info they could help me out. And what do u think about the legal oral version of the steroids . R they worth it at all?

    How do you do a YEAR of research and come up with a DECA only cycle and think you wont' get bad side effects from that?????????

    Ever come across DECA DICK in your research??? That is ONE side effect I NEVER want to even think about getting!!!!

    well i have heard about it but is is safe to do test and get good results with deca . Can u give me a sample cycle that I could put on 20 lbs or so with that wouldnt give me realy bad side effects.

    NOPE....you said you researched for a year.....I call BS on that, so go do MORE research!!!!! You will find a TON of information you need HERE if you take the time to read

    Gains will de pend on your diet and your training MORE than the compounds. I could put on 20 lbs with JUST TEST.......

    The BEST first cycle is TESTOSTERONE ONLY !!!!!

    Test Enanthate
    or
    Test Cypionate for 10-12 weeks @ 500mgs/week (250mgs/Every 3.5 days)

    PCT starts 14 days after last Injection

    you should have an AI on hand in case of water retention along with something like Letro, or Nolvadex in case of signs of Gyno

    PCT is the MOST important part of any cycle , we even devoted an entire forum to it so I suggest you research in there a bit as well....

    Look into things like CLOMID, Nolvadex, Arimidex , HCG , Letro,

    You should have some understanding of those compounds BEFORE proceeding with any cycle

    again your gains will be MORE de pendant on YOUR diet and training
    Steroids just aid in an already perfected training and diet routine

    Once again with this statement, I question how much if any research was done !!!

    Keeping gains once again de pends on YOU not the steroids !!! It is what YOU do, and how well you run your PCT that will help you to keep your gains !!!

    Im 18 5'11" 170 not sure how to tell probably 13-15%, I eat about 3500 hundred calories a day whic includes a 800 calroe shake with 80 grams or protein and 100 grams of carbs twice. A 5 weeks cycle of deca . Im looking to lose body fat put on lean mass and most of all look good, I am going to purchase some nolvadex and i know I need my viamin b-6 for post cycle as well.

    at 5'11" and ONLY 170, chances are your diet sucks for bodybuilding and you will NOT keep any of the gains you may make off of a cycle!! Deca for 5 weeks is just STUPID as it takes that long just for it to kick in !!!!!!

    now i figure i will help since sman is mad at me and he did help me yesterday. lol. dude ur not gonna get anybody in here telling you to go ahead with any cycle. first, at 18 you have several more years of good natty training available to u. also at 170 you should easily be able to lower ur bf to 10-11% and put on 20-30 lbs of lean muscle in the next couple years. as far as those shakes go... 80 grams of protein is too much to have in one sitting. it wont all be absorbed into your body. try to go with somewhere aroung 45-55g maximum. if you inted to stay natural i would like to see the rest of your diet, what exactly you eat on a daily basis with the calories and protein added up. then we can help you with that and other things as well....

    The "legal" versions are legal because they are JUST supplements !!!! that is it!! NO STEROID in them at all!!

    They can be good supplements, but they will NOT do what steroids do!!


    Seriously you are SOOOOO NOT ready!!! Please don't give into the pressure and think that you need steroids in order to make gains

    At your age, there are MORE than enough NATURAL hormones running in your body to make INCREDIBLE gains IF you only learn how to eat and lift

    Well it really all ***ends I have peanut butter sandwiches everyday at least twice and eat some kind of noodles int between lunch and dinner to get some slow releasing carbs. I mean u dont eat the same sh*t everyday no one in the real world does. I Thank u for ur help. I came here for help because I just have my mind made up im going to do them. But I would like some help. I have a hell of a fast metablolism. In fact i started working out last year I only weighed 137 that was last april so I have done great but im still skinny cuz im tall.

    at your height you should be able to get to 200 WITHOUT any steroids

    Yes, please post your entire daily diet.
    Something you need to understand is that at 18, your natural testosterone levels are quite high, and are not what is limiting your gains. Adding more test when your body is already producing more than enough can have a variety of effects. The best you could hope for is that you would waste a bunch of money on gear, without getting the gains you're hoping for. More likely you will cause long term negative effects that you will regret years down the road. Now how about that diet?

    actually man, a lot of the people who take this sh^t seriously do eat the same stuff everyday (like myself) i eat almost exactly the same thing everyday. if you don't have a diet down first like most of us do, u will not only not gain from a cycle you will probably end up losing from a cycle. im not going to beg you not to do it but just want u to know i guarantee with the diet it seems like u have ull regret it

    the problems is my metabolism. Well I would like help with my diet if anyone could help whenever I have put on weight I have maintained it very well. I lift more than what I should for my size. My dad is really strong as well but is not really a big guy. last month I maxed my bench for a contest at 295. and 1 rep squatted 370. but I dont have the size to show I can do that.

    i eat 7 meals everday, totaling around 300 grams of protein and 3700 calories. EVERY SINGLE DAY

    ok so i workout at about 6 every morning. Chest and back on monday legs on tuesday wed off thursday is repeat of monday. then friday is arms and shoulders. Which I started 4 weeks ago and am doing very well with this. When I get back I take my mulitvitamin and drink my protein shake followed by some toast and an egg. Then at lunch time I usaually eat some kinda of mash potatoes and roast or sum kinda of meat such as slaberry steak and eat some kinda serving of noodles. About 5 or so I go make me two peannut butter sandwhiches and drink a glass of milk. Then for diner lately has been a salad 2 ham and chesse sandwiches with portion of meat and noodles. then about 10 or so I will have my protein shake which contains weight gianer and creatines also the same as the morning.

    I cant find myslef to eat that much with out feeling sick. I eat alot but not 7 big meals a day. And one thing is I dont have the money to spend on steaks and expensive foods. I try with what I have.

    There you go, that's not going to cut it. Head to the diet section of this board and read up on bulking diets. Remember you may think we're not telling you what you want to hear, but we're trying to help and showing you the realistic ways to meet your goals.

    i just come to get help not a hassle. Most of u tried steroids young and I wish I could gain some decent weght and look good. I have tried everything but nuthing works for me. I am a hardgainer. I do appreciate ur help sman and all the rest of u.

    Then give up the idea of using steroids , cause they don't work without MASSIVE amounts of food!!!

    all steroids do basically (very basically) is allow the body to synthesis much more protein for muscles than it can naturally!!!

    the steroids need MORE quality foods in order to work !!! If you can't afford to get the food, then you can't afford to do the steroids.

    WAIT a few years and LEARN how to eat and train your body to eat every 2.5-3 hours and by the time you are 23-25 you MAY be ready

    i understand that I mean can u give me a relaistic diet that i can follow. I can buy the roids not a problem. Its strange that I see people have gained 20 lbs in 6 weeks of a deca 300 and they have never lost a pound and they are 16 18 19 and they seem to be fine nuting more tha njust deca each time. Hows is that?

    OMG are you kidding me?????? do you realize that Deca is one of THE MOST supressive compounds out there. meaning that it will TURN OFF YOUR NATURAL PRODUCTION OF TESTOSTERONE as quickly as the very first shot???????


    This mean that you could very easily be one of the ones that can't get a hard on or keep a hard on or have any sex drive at all for MONTHS or longer

    i justtalked to my friend and he says that he has always used deca alone. See despite what the internet says I have an uncle that has held true to 600 mgs of deca a week and 400 mgs of test e and he is 5'9" and weghs 275 he powerlifts though. He told me to cycles those and I would get great results.
