    tall/thin looking to bulk up fast

    im 29, 6'4 and 180 lbs... 9% body fat. i work out 4-5x a week (@24) and am toned but only gained 10 lbs in 9 months. i take in 2500+ calories a day with the help of protien shakes etc... i need to know what are some good sites that might lead me to get product. i have never tried steroids , but im about to buy a 3 month supply of deca durabolin and test enenthate (testobull) from a mexican website called ...... can anyone tell me if what im about to do is a good idea?

    first, edit your post, read the rules, then bump your calorie intake WAY up. don't name or ask for sources.

    wow bro your hole problem is you ant eating enough! kick them cals up to 4000 and start eating 2 grams of protien per pound of body weight a day. no need to buy any juice it would be a wast of your money because you wont gain a pound unless you eat more.

    you dont eat enough. sort your diet out and grow natty for a while.

    Start tracking your calories, and calculate your caloric needs. If you need say 2728 sedentary then bump it up by 500. In this case you'd consume 3,288. If that doesn't work, take it up in 250 kcal increments.

    You may even be a hard gainer.. Im 190lbs at 5'10" and I eat 4000 - 4500 minimum just to maintain.. EAT EAT AND EAT SOME MOREEEEEE... chicken, oats, malto, dextro, chicken/rice, chicken, chicken, steak, chicken, sleep

    there is your prob right there. you gotta adjust your cals accordingly and they should be quality cals! no weight gainer crap or vitamins named after steroids .

    Go this route, if you increase calories too much at first you will mainly just put on a lot of bodyfat which is the last thing you want to do. Going up slowly like this is the best approach. Youll find out where you need to be on calories, everyone is different.

    bump your daily calorie intake by 500 for 4 weeks then maintain...

    you should be eating REAL food not shakes every TWO HOURS if you want to gain

    You guessed it. You need to eat a hell of a lot more. You will put on some good natural weight just eating better and lifting well.

    what's the problem with shakes/ weight gainers?
    I think they are a preatty good source of calories and protein...

    shakes are crap and mostly go straight thru you,you should be getting the mainstay of your cals from solid foods.....................
    listen to most of the abouv,solid advice,get your cals up you will gain weight.....................

    yes 10lbs in 9 months is good. Its probably because you had no base to work from. At your height you could probably gain 30- 40 lbs more in a few years with the proper diet. Once you are closer to your potential then research roids. Steroids are the icing on the cake, not the cake itself

    eat... and when you are full wait a min and eat again.. 7 meals a day... keep them close in calories.... When i was 17 and 18 i could not gain weight untill a guy i know taught me how to eat... then bam 15 lbs with no gear.... it is all about diet and low rep work outs... good luck..

    it was an exaggeration, i just ment eat alot... full was the wrong word to use... but when you first start eating multimple meals a day it feels different that you are eating so often... I know that your not getting full nutrients out of the food you are consuming if you over eat.... it is wasted calories that are providing no beneficial use.... sorry for the misunderstanding and thanks for bringing what i said to my attention...

    If you can clog that sucker up, you know you're taking in enough. Like if you're at work where they have one of those powered flushers that just sucks it down, and you have to hit it like 5 or 6 times... That's when you know!

    Yes, I think thats what he meant. If you take in more calories than your body needs to maintain and grow, the excess will be stored as bodyfat. Its not like the extra calories pass right through you, your body wants to hang on to everything it can. Have gotten my bodyfat too high before bulking up, even when I was eating strict. Even eating too much baked chicken or tuna can make you fat.
