    Need some help?

    I am currently in the army and I was thinking about doing a course but the only thing is im living on base 3 meals day I dont know if it is worth doing a course because I wont be getting enough protein. For the guys that are in the same boat as me how do you get around this?

    Another perspective...

    I'm not in that boat, nor have I been, but your general reasoning is correct.
    However, aas use should always be goal oriented and thus driven by your motivation. Not everyone wants to be beast, so if your goal is a few lbs of lbm certain compounds can assist even with your current restrictions.

    But if bulking and mass are your intent, and you can't find some way around the protein intake problem, as well as the one of being able to increase overall calorie consumption w/o stuffing yourself during the three meals...your answer should be obvious.
