Thanks bro! My diet is a pretty guide line BB diet.
7am 8 eggs with 2 yolks and 2 pieces of whole grain toast dry
9am 60grams of protien in shake with a banana
11am two pieces of skinless chicken breast with lots of broccoli and musterd
1pm tuna or something with hi protien and brown rice
Gym
pwo 60gram protien shake with a banana and some oats
4 pm steak or lamb
6pm dinner hi protien
9pm 60gram shake with glutamine before

I forgot to say that I throw peanut butter, almonds, avacado and flaz seed oil in the mix
