    NO.
PRESSURE HAS TO DO WITH RATE AT WHICH BLOOD IS MOVING/PUMPED THROUGHOUT THE BODY, WHEREAS YOU'RE MERELY REFERRING TO A SPECIFIC COMPONENT OF THE BLOOD.

    2. help with my endurance?
    NO.
AT LEAST NOT IN THE TRUE SENSE, THIS WILL ONLY BE AFFECTED WITH REGARD TO LETHARGY [SEE BELOW].

    and

    3. help with my energy levels?
    YES.
ONE OF THE SYMPTOMS OF INCREASED RBC'S IS LETHARGY, THUS IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCING IT, EXTRACTION WILL REDUCE THIS.

I answered all of your questions and all you can thank me for is "nice delt"?

I only added that as a place holder outside the quotes in order to post. But it is rocked, a little, maybe, from the side, with one eye closed, in the dark, with a flashlight, during a full moon...

Are you sure it wont help lower the blood pressure? I would think that RBC being high the blood would be less fluid thus needing more force from the hart to move the blood around resulting in higher blood pressure?

Not sure about this though. I do wonder.
