i 've donated after a long cycle when my rbc's were really high and it made me feel alot better, so yes it does work

PRESSURE HAS TO DO WITH RATE AT WHICH BLOOD IS MOVING/PUMPED THROUGHOUT THE BODY, WHEREAS YOU'RE MERELY REFERRING TO A SPECIFIC COMPONENT OF THE BLOOD.

Are you sure it wont help lower the blood pressure? I would think that RBC being high the blood would be less fluid thus needing more force from the hart to move the blood around resulting in higher blood pressure?

Not sure about this though. I do wonder.
