    Question Fat cut with minimal muscle loss?

    Ok i am new to this but i have been researching this for a while now. I was wanting to maybe go on a cycle to basically lose some belly, while minimizing the muscle loss. As i have seen on other threads, my stats are i am 6'5'', 235 lbs, my diet is pretty good, not great but i consume about 2x my weight in protein and try to minimize carbos and fat. also about 18% true bodyfat (underwater wei***ng) basically i have a 4 pack and a "hotdog" :S, but i was wanting to lose that last little because i have been working for a long time to do it. I have been working out steady for at least 5 years. So back to my original question, i was wanting to get rid of that last little bit of fat and gain some upper body mass. Which would be a good start, i was thinking about winstrol , but didnt know if i can get the body mass gain that i want. I only want to gain a net 5-10 lbs, but lose the fat also. I also saw trenbolone , so what is everyones opinion? Thanks

    i am doing that, i started a meal chart last weekend, so i should have more of the diet available..... but i havent gotten anywhere more with diet thats why i am looking into this....

    let me show you an example..

    I'm 47 yrs old.. 210 lbs.. strong on and off cycle.. i hold a little too much fat unless i really cut down, an i can get to 11-12% which looks very good on me..

    my daily requirement is about 3100 cals, so i drop it to 2500 for 4 weeks then to 2100 for 4 weeks, then to 1800 cals for 4 weeks.. ( i don't usually make it to 1800)

    anyway.

    if i take
    500mg test 1-10
    60mg var 4-10
    and i dont follow a strict meal plan i will weigh about 200-210 lbs, and get to about 14%-16% bf that's 28-32 lbs of fat

    if i follow the same routine and follow a strict meal plan i will be 190-200 with about 10-12% bf and be very dry 20-24 lbs of fat

    see the difference?? my wife and everyone else can..

    I'll make it to 185 by June this year at about 9% bf, i don't need to buy a whole new wardrobe, so i'm plenty big..

    oh i'm 5'9"

    and my cycle experience is significant..

    Sounds like it's 100% your diet big guy.

    AAS won't eat that "hot dog" ... if you keep eating those hot dogs.
    (unless of course it's a cheat, on keto or something?)

    Anyways, eat right - train hard - and you will see results OH so fast.


    Clen is also a solid fat burner. But if you don't eat great (not "good") you will be left wondering why you "wasted" your money on this thing.

    (ps. Clen is a personal thought, if you DO feel the need to excersise my offshoot advice, please; for all that is holy -research Clen, because it's not an easy AS to take. Side effects aren't minimal - for a newb)

    Good post man, thats probably one of the most strait foward posts I have read in awhile.

    IMO AAS is the easy part...diet and training is something you have to do day in and out so that you get a feel of what works for you and what does not...
